I recently had an IUD placed ParaGard and after the doctor told me to register with the site ParaGard. I do not see this option in the Site only for physicians with patient no. I do not know if I am stupid or the doctor does not really register with the site or not!

Your doctor can considered representative who, when told about the site, which have understood correctly, or is there another site for patients. See if it's an 800 number and ask ParaGard.
Doctors do not know everything, depends on company officials to inform them about customer service, etc. You are busy and sometimes miss small details.
Then he'd never forgive a good job of training IUD implant these small errors.
